Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@wallartsonline.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for returning the item. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.

  3. Return Shipping: Instructions for return shipping will be provided once your return request is approved. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for a return.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that customised products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you have an issue with a customised product, please contact us to discuss your options.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
